Reservation Policy:
Rates are in euro per room per night taxes and service included.
Credit card is required for guaranting your reservation.
Payment in full is due at the Reception.
The city tax of € 5,50 per person per night is not included and will be added to room bill to be paid in cash.
For arrivals after 5:00pm please notify us in advance to aoid an additional fee.

Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations and/or modifications are FREE OF CHARGE if requested within the terms specified below and should be communicated by e-mail.
Cancellations/modifications are accepted within 7 days prior 12 am of the arrival date.
For no/show or late cancellation the  total amount will be charged as penalty fee.
For not refundable rates your credit card details will be used to process the payment for the reservation at the time of booking.
