Check in – Check out

The check-in is after 2 pm.
The check – out is before 10.30 am.
Guests arriving after 22:00 are kindly requested to inform the hotel in advance to avoid an additional fee.

Are the advertised rates per person or per room?

The rates advertised on our website are per room per night.

Do I need to do a part payment at the moment of the reservation?

At the moment of the reservation we will require a guarantee.
You can give us your credit card information as a guarantee or you can do a part payment via bank transfer.
The balance payment will be requested directly at the check–in.

Do you accept credit cards?

Yes, VISA, MASTERCARD and AMERICAN EXPRESS

Do you have the internet connection?

Yes, free of charge WIFI connection is available in all the rooms and common areas, you will find the WIFI password in your room.

Is there a luggage storage?

Yes, the luggage storage is free of charge and you can use it both the day of your arrival and the day of you departure.

Do we have 24h access to the hotel guaranteed after the check in?

Yes, with your room keys you will be able to get access to the hotel at any time.

Where do we park our car?

Relais Twelve is in the Old Town, in ZTL - Limited Traffic Area, is conventioned with a car park which gives possibility to park without getting penalties and costs € 21 per day.

What is included in the room rate?

The city tax, of € 5,50 per person per night, is not included in the room rate. This tax will be added to your final account and have to be paid at arrival in cash only.

Do you accept pets?

we can not accept pets, sorry.

Is the brakfast included in reservation?

Breakfast means included in the price if the room reservation is made through our website. Otherwise, it will have to be paid separately.

Is smoking allowed?

All our rooms are no smoking.

My child is 3 years old, do I pay also for him?

All children under 3 years old stay for free if using existing bedding. Maximum 1 child per room.

Can I change my mind?

You can cancel or modify your reservation only by sending an e-mail to info@relaistwelve.com
If you arrive after the expected date of arrival or if you leave before the expected date of departure or if you cancel your reservation over 3 days prior your arrival, we will charge the entire amount of the reservation.
In case of no show, early departure or late arrival, we will charge the entire amount of the reservation.
